Water Storage

There are as many reasons for storing water as there are ways of storing it! At GlenFarrow our years of experience mean we are able to work with you to extend existing systems or help you to design the most appropriate system if you're starting from scratch.

We can design and construct balanced excavation synthetically lined reservoirs. Typical uses for these might be for winter storage, as a balancing reservoir, or for retaining roof or surface water.

Corrugated steel sectional tanks are ideal for many liquids including potable water, brine and slurries. Sizes range from 3m to 12m in diameter and up to 3m tall. Various options are available on roof types.

For storing water beneath ground level we can design and install load bearing underground storage systems. These are ideal for storing water for recycling, from car parks and other hard surfaces, and also for 'grey-water' systems.

PVC tanks, designed for potable or irrigation water or diesel, are available with or without bunds. Made from recycled polypropylene orange juice containers and available in sizes up to 300 gallons in capacity, are ideal for storing water for allotments and gardens.

We also offer a totally enclosed, vandal resistant, steel water tank - designed by GlenFarrow. This is epoxy resin coated for extra corrosion protection, while the pump unit and control panel are totally enclosed within the tank, behind a lockable steel door. These tanks are manufactured specifically to suit individual requirements and sprayed to blend in with local surroundings. They are ideal for isolated areas or limited space and can also be used for oil, diesel and kerosene.
